The Voice of the Good Shepherd

The Good Shepherd is an endearing image given to us by Christ of Himself. It is uniquely Christian. No other religion or creed expresses the love and tenderness of its god in such a way. If it had been human invention, it would be both arrogant and presumptive. But it is part of divine revelation and so is trustworthy. May we be humble enough to be the sheep and allow Jesus to be our shepherd.
