Christ our Lord has power over death and over sin.
We see this in the gospel of this Sunday's sacred liturgy. He is able to heal a woman from debilitating sickness and to raise a girl from death. This same power of Christ is operative in our lives through sanctifying grace. Let us give Him praise and thanksgiving!
